PROPERTIES
Plantago ovata
It has a great ability to retain liquids, increasing the volume of the fecal mass and giving proper consistency to
regulate the intestinal transit. Creates a protective layer that covers the entire interior of the digestive tract, providing
soothing and antiinflammatory action on the digestive mucosa.
Mineral oil
Laxative when administered orally.
Its action is based on its lubricating effect which facilitates the expulsion of feces.
No digestive absorption, passing through and eliminated in its entirety, unchanged, in the feces.
Enterococcus Faecium
It helps stabilize the intestinal flora.
Probiotics are foods that contain certain microorganisms in sufficient quantity to alter or modify the intestinal flora.
They have beneficial effects on animal health. Acute diarrhea in processes decreases its severity, reducing the duration
and intensity. They are also used as prevention of diarrheal diseases associated with the use of antibiotics.
Antibiotic treatments alter the intestinal flora and may allow overgrowth of undesirable bacteria. Enterococcus Faecium, in these situations, acidifies the
medium for producing lactic acid. This lactic acid inhibits the growth of potentially pathogenic bacteria and promotes the development of beneficial lactic bacteria.
INDICATIONS
It is recommended to use orally, directly into the animal’s mouth or added to the food or water. It is their use in cases of chronic or intermittent constipation in case of poor intake
of fiber foods, gestational constipation, constipation by age, astringents diets or medications indicated. It can also be used to prevent the formation of hairballs in cats.
